Pre-boarding

To streamline the hiring process and ensure a smooth start in your new role, we encourage you to complete our Registration Pack. This includes proof of identity, right to work, qualifications, reference details, and any relevant certifications or licenses. Although not mandatory at this stage, it will allow us to advise clients that you are fully compliant upon submission.

We've put together a comprehensive registration form that gathers all the essential information we need.

The form includes next of kin details, right to work verification, a confidentiality agreement, a criminal convictions declaration, and reference details. We understand that filling out forms can be tedious, but providing accurate and complete information is crucial for safeguarding your interests and ensuring that we comply with legal requirements and maintain the high standards of professionalism expected in the public sector.

We want to make sure that your onboarding experience is as smooth as possible, so please take the time to carefully fill out each section of the form. And if you have any questions or concerns, our team is always here to assist you.

As part of our comprehensive onboarding process, we conduct a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check for all candidates who have secured a position through Business Smart Solutions. This is an essential step to ensure the safety and security of the workplace and to maintain the high standards expected in the public sector. A DBS check helps employers make informed decisions by providing relevant information about a candidate's criminal history. Please be aware that for certain roles, an enhanced DBS check may be required.

Rest assured, our dedicated compliance team will guide you through the entire process, providing clear instructions on how to complete the DBS check application and any additional steps that may be necessary. By completing a DBS check, you are contributing to a safer working environment and demonstrating your commitment to integrity and professionalism in your field.
