The client agrees to pay Business Smart Solutions Ltd a placement fee for the successful placement of a candidate in accordance with the following provisions:

Placement Fee Calculation

The placement fee shall be equal to 25% of the candidate's comparable annual salary or 240 times the hourly rate, whichever is applicable, based on the terms of engagement between the client and the candidate.

Fee Applicability

The placement fee shall become chargeable under the following circumstances:

1. If a candidate introduced by Business Smart Solutions Ltd to a client is engaged for paid work through an alternate source within a 26-week period from the date of introduction;
2. If a client wishes to offer a temporary candidate a permanent placement within a 26-week period after the temporary placement ends;
3. If a client wishes to offer a temporary candidate another temporary placement, and the candidate engages with them for paid work through an alternate source within a 26-week period after the initial temporary placement ends.

Notification Requirement

The client shall promptly notify Business Smart Solutions Ltd in writing upon offering or accepting any form of engagement with a candidate introduced by Business Smart Solutions Ltd that would result in the applicability of a placement fee as described in this section.

Invoice and Payment

Business Smart Solutions Ltd will issue an invoice for the applicable placement fee upon receiving notification from the client or otherwise becoming aware of the engagement between the client and the candidate. The client shall pay the invoice in accordance with the Payment Terms specified in these Terms and Conditions.

By using Business Smart Solutions Ltd's services, the client agrees to be bound by these Placement Fee provisions, as well as the full Terms and Conditions of our website. Business Smart Solutions Ltd reserves the right to amend or update these Placement Fee provisions at any time without prior notice. It is the client's responsibility to review these provisions periodically to ensure their understanding and compliance.
